How the service works

Do I have to commit to a contract?

No. Both models are billed weekly with no lock-in. You can stop any week — most clients simply turn a role off the moment it's filled.

What if candidates don't show up for their screens?

Candidate no-shows are normal. That's why we book about 20 conversations a week to complete around 15, and we work your live pool continuously so your best applicants are always being contacted first.

Why do senior roles include fewer screens at the same weekly price?

Because senior pools are thinner and each screen is deeper. The process and tooling are identical — we just complete fewer, more thorough screens on a smaller pool.

What does "capped at 15%" mean for Full Search?

Your total cost — weekly fees plus the placement fee, after the weekly-fee credit — will never exceed 15% of the role's first-year salary, no matter how long it takes.

Is there a guarantee on screening?

Screening carries no outcome guarantee by design — you own the interview, references, and offer. For Full Search placements, we back the hire with a 90-day replacement at no second placement fee.

Who owns the hiring decision?

You do, always. We handle sourcing, screening, and shortlisting; you run the final interviews and make the call.
